Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Description of the service

Climbify is a mobile application for managing boulder and climbing leagues at indoor climbing gyms. It allows users to log attempts, compete in private or public leagues and connect with other climbers and gyms.

2. Access requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are younger, you need parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Posting offensive, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or Climbify's systems without authorisation.
• Using the app to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Manipulating scores, rankings or league results.

4. User-generated content

By uploading photos, comments or other content to Climbify, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Gym accounts

Gyms that register as such are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish (schedules, boulders, announcements). Climbify does not verify or endorse content published by gyms.

6. Service availability

Climbify is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the service at any time, providing reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Climbify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months (the service is currently free of charge).

8. Intellectual property

The Climbify name, logo and app design are the property of Climbify. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you within the app and ask you to accept the new version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
